The roads are full of Schaerbeek transit traffic. The counts in the Plan municipal mobility in preparation prove it: more than 1000 vehicles per hour during peak hours, in avenues such as the floor of Helmet, Diamond Avenue, the street of the Slopes, Street Ernest Cambier, etc.. All this information is available and accessible to all, so that everyone participates in the development of our mobility plan.
Two strong proposals already outlined in this first report:
- delete an incoming strip on the E40 . Why indeed, let go city car that can travel as the roads are congested?
- redevelop the Boulevard Lambermont, in the sense of descent into the Pont Van Praet, leaving two strips through traffic and arranging a local access road for traffic slower, bicycles, pedestrians, cars etc. are parked.
